Fishing 4 First Responders complies with all Local, State and Federal laws pertaining to discrimination and ADA Compliance.
Fishing 4 First Responders does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations. 

ADA Policy 
We make every attempt to accommodate all members regardless of their disabilities in our activities. 
These activities include, but are not limited to Outdoor Recreational Therapy Activities, Boating Hiking Horseback Riding Camping, Etc...
NOTE: Due certain disabilities a member may not be able to partake in certain activities as they can and do pose a risk to personal safety of all involved. We do take every measure to insure the safety of all persons involved with our activities. 

REGARDING SERVICE ANIMALS 
Service Animals are allowed to take part in all activities unless that animal poses a risk to the safety of life and property or injury to participants. Certain boats may not be able to provide the room for a Service K-9. 
Also we accept all LEO K-9's as they also qualify as a First Responder provided that the K-9 does not pose a risk to the safety, life and property of all involved.
